Getting the orders confirmed and delivered should be done more in a responsible and professional manner. The contact numbers given in the advertisement are never answered and mails are not replied. Is this is the way to treat the customers . My order for commonwealth coins is still pending delivery after six months and the experience is not great.
It is true that service of mints are not perfect. However, thats true with most government agencies. You can buy the coins through dealers, but they come at a slight premium! If you know someone at Kolkata mint, you may try to get a response through them, otherwise if the order is big, it may be worth paying them a visit 🙂
